PLACING ADS
There are five easy ways to place ads in Newcity Classifieds -all at no extra charge. Classified Account Executives are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, but ads may be placed 24 hours a day. All ads placed in print appear also online.

RATES
Classified line ads are $1 per word. Newcity offers frequency discounts for multiple insertions: $.65/word per week on an 8-week run; $.55/word per week on a 13-week run; $.50/word per week on a 26-week run; $.45/word per week on a 52-week run. Classified Display ads are also available in some sections.

Classified Display ads are $40 per column inch on the open rate. Frequency discounts are: $34/inch per week on an 8-week run; $31/inch per week on an 13-week run; $30/inch per week on an 26-week run; $29/inch per week on an 52-week run. Call our Classified department for specific column width dimensions and additional discounts.

EXTRAS
The additional word charge also changes with each frequency. 70¢ on the 8x rate; 60¢ on the 13x rate; 50¢ on the 26x rate; 45¢ on the 52x rate. Enhance your classified ad with your logo $15; a border $10; an enlarged headline: 9 pt. $6, 10 pt. $10, 11 pt. $12; bold phone words are $1 each.

NON-COMMERCIAL ADS
The first 25 words are free to run non-commercial ads when you need to sell household items, your car, to find a roommate, etc. Musicians Wanted ads are free for musicians looking to form a band. $1 for each additional word. See Extras for additional ad features. Ads will automatically run in four consecutive issues unless otherwise noted or dated. We prefer non-commercial ads to be mailed, faxed or e-mailed by Friday, 5pm.

DEADLINES
Classified display ads deadline is Friday, 5pm for materials, artwork, and payment. Monday, NOON to place Classified line ads. Late ads may be taken after noon on Monday until 9am on Tuesday with a $10 late fee. Ads may be taken all the way up to Tuesday at noon with a $20 late fee. All ads must be prepaid before publishing with cash, check, money order, or credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard). When using a credit card, an authorization form must be filled out and signed. Newcity reserves the right to categorize at our discretion. We reserve the right to edit or reject ads. Newcity makes no assurance as to the propriety or quality of any advertiser.
