Snaps Creole Restaurant and Bar is a good idea for an eatery, its cozy Randolph Street frontage is highlighted by small, candlelighted tables, intriguingand comfyhigh-backed leopard-print chairs and a curving wood bar. Unfortunately, with the exception of the blackened fried catfish, entrées fall short.
